Job Description Letter
Must be on company letterhead and include:•Job title•Main duties of the job•Working conditions (e.g. hours of work, salary, benefits)•Education required•Skills and knowledge necessary for duties•Relevant work experience required
Statement of Earnings (Pay Records) •A copy of the applicant’s Statement of Earnings (pay records) for each pay period for the past 12 months.•A Statement of Earnings (pay record), must list the pay period, hourly rate of pay, number of hours worked in the pay period and the deductions.•All pay periods must be accounted for.
•A copy of the Candidate’s requests for vacation or personal leave for the past 12 months.•Any additional information applicable to the Candidate’s earnings and compliance with Alberta’s employment standards, such as overtime agreements.

Education and Licensing
Candidate must submit proof of the highest level of education they have completed.
If this is secondary (high school) education, they must provide evidence of completion of the highest level of secondary education available in their home country.
Employment Reference Letter(s)
Work-related reference letters from previous employers showing that the Candidate has a minimum of three years of work experience in a job directly related to hotel and lodging industry (abroad and/or in Canada). Must be signed by the employer, dated and on company letterhead and include the following:•Name of employer•Employer contact information•Job title•Main duties•Period worked (start/end date and the number of hours/days worked per week)
Proof of Language
Candidate results for one of the following tests:•IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Test OR•CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program) Test OR•TEF (Test d’évalutation de français) TestLanguage requirements under the Provincial Nominee Program
Results cannot be more than two years old at time of AINP application submission.
There is no fee required for submitting an application to the AINP.
